Make sure that the wiring of the terminals is secure.
Make sure that an external controller only acts on one electric actuator (do not act on 2 or more actuators at the same time).
After wiring, make sure that the inside of the actuator is clean and free of debris.
2. Check the direction of rotation
In the three-phase actuator, the rotation direction of the actuator should be checked before electric operation (the operator).
If the running direction is wrong, the limit switch will not work, resulting in jam damage or motor overheating.
Manually place the actuator in the 50% open (or closed) position, supply power to the actuator, and confirm the direction of rotation.
If the open signal is given and the actuator rotates in the open direction, the direction is correct. However, if the direction is reversed, the wiring needs to be changed, and any 2 of the 3 power cables are interchanged.
Check the direction of rotation again and confirm.
